Born in Lancaster in August 1976, with 25 years experience it's clear that Craig's natural passion and flair is for cooking, although his guilty pleasure is for Scalextric slot cars, a past-time harking back to his childhood days and carefree times of joy!

Louise Sherrington

Co-Owner (Upstairs Boss)

Louise is mum to the couples 3 daughters Sophie, Georgia and Lilian. Aside to keeping everyone in check and dealing with the day to day running of the business, Louise enjoys taking time out to practise Pilates and enjoys crocheting (and gin!)

Tony Davies

General Manager

Tony has worked all over the locality, and has honed his hospitality skills to near perfection. We're certain that if you cut Tony in two he'd have VH running through the middle! When he's not working, Tony enjoys touring classic car shows.

Andrew Hoines

Sous Chef

Andrew has developed a wealth of experience in kitchens all over the country. With a relaxed disposition, Andy brings a quiet calm to the kitchen environment, and puts a lot of love into the food, which is reflected in the dishes that leave the pass.
